Full course description
This workshop will introduce you to a simple model for giving feedback that can be applied in many contexts, including when you must "manage up." Participants will have the opportunity to practice using this model in feedback scenarios.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Enumerate the principles of giving effective feedback
- Adjust feedback to different communication styles, and
- Give effective feedback in challenging situations
Audience
Course open to all faculty, fellows/residents, staff working on clinical research projects at Stanford.
