Full course description
Effective People management involves understanding the challenges, strengths, goals, and motivations of your employees –– and this begins with active listening. Supervisors play a critical role in promoting employee commitment and motivation and are key in developing and engaging staff. Most employees want to be successful contributors. They want to know what is expected of them, how they can most effectively achieve those expectations, and help you to build a high-functioning, productive team. Learn strategies that help you effectively manage your team’s performance and improve business outcomes.
The course is offered LIVE via Zoom and is not Self-Paced.
Live Session Date:
January 10th, 2023 from 10am – 12pm
