In this course, you will learn to analyze, and visualize HR data to inform your recommendations. You will stretch your analytical mindset, whether you have experience with data and analytics or not, and strengthen your analytical acumen to make decisions through analysis and storytelling. The material and activities are designed to get you comfortable thinking about how using data can inform your decisions and make your work more productive and impactful. 

Of note this is a Stanford University Staff course. If you are not a Stanford University Staff member, you will not receive credit for this course.

This course is not required for Supervisory Academy completion but will count toward it as HR Analytics are vital to managers.
