Full course description

In this session we will use the case study approach to consider some of the stickiest challenges of managing a virtual team.  Hear how our panel of Employee & Labor Relations experts would advise us to handle those challenges.  Share with your supervisor colleagues some of your best tips for keeping your virtual teams on the same page with each other – and with you.

The course will open on November 1, 2020 and all post work due on November 30, 2020.  The live session is on November 19, 2020 from 9:00am - 11:00am.  Learners are required to attend the live session in entirety for attendance.  Course materials will be available through FY21.
