Help! I need a budget for a clinical study - how do I start and where do I go for help? What is my role in budget development? Clinical research budgets cover 2 types of costs: clinical care costs (Stanford Health Care and/or Stanford Children’s Health) and Stanford University costs.  What are the research personnel costs (i.e. PI and study coordinator salary support) to conduct the study? What institutional fees will be charged? What other costs need to be considered?

This class will provide guidance on how to partner with RMG on your sponsored project and how to estimate university costs to conduct clinical research.

Target Audience: Research coordinators, nurses, faculty, staff and post-doctoral scholars working on clinical research projects at Stanford University.
