Contract officers from the OTL, RMG and OSR will present on the types of contracts each office negotiates and will explain when and how to engage in the contract process.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Identify which contract office will negotiate which type of contract
• Assess what documents are required to be submitted to begin the contract process
• Learn when a data use agreement (DUA) is required and how to obtain one

Audience: Research coordinators, nurses, faculty, staff, and post-doctoral scholars working on clinical research projects at Stanford University.
