This is a two-part in-person workshop focused on GCP topics. Designed to accelerate completion of Spectrum’s Clinical Research Operations Certification requirements, this bootcamp includes five cores and one elective. Optional BRN credit.  

Day 1 - Friday, Oct. 14, 2022

  1. Study Team Roles & Responsibilities and the Delegation of Authority
  2. General & IRB Reporting Requirements
  3. Adverse Events (elective)

Day 2 - Friday, Oct. 28, 2022

  1. Phases of Research and Types of Study Designs
  2. Good Documentation Practices
  3. Informed Consent

By attending this bootcamp, you will: 

  • Discuss principles of GCP and learn how to apply them
  • Communicate the importance of adhering to GCP principles
  • Prepare for the Clinical Research Operations Certification Exam

Registration Fee: $50 
Note: The $50 registration fee will be refunded upon completion of the Bootcamp or if you cancel by Friday, October 7th  

BRN Credit: Spectrum is an approved provider by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP15435 for 8 contact hour(s). To receive BRN credit, you are required to complete an evaluation for each class presented during the Bootcamp. The cost for BRN credit is $35 per credit (total of $280) and can be paid via STAP funds. To register for BRN credits, choose the class code that ends in “BRN” on the registration page - CTR-3200-1014282022-BRN.
