During this session, you will learn how to identify the elements of a Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) Plan and explain when and why a CAPA should be initiated, become familiar with Stanford systems (CRQ v. SCCR v. CCTO), and learn how to apply the CAPA process to an actual audit finding

This workshop will include: 

  • A didactic presentation on Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes
  • Examples of FDA inspection observations and situations that require a CAPA
  • Roll play based on a FDA form 483 observation
  • Open discussion of situations provided by participant

Location:             Virtual seminar. Enroll, return to the course website to participate in learning components. This class will take place LIVE via zoom meeting.
